Please ensure to enter the correct and verified address when purchasing an item.
We are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been submitted due to security reasons. If you provide the incorrect address and we ship to that address, you the customer, are responsible for any fee's that are associated with any redelivering.
Customers will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
To request expedited shipping, please email us email@example.com with your order number and receipt. Our customer service team will provide you with the shipping cost and process your shipment.
Expedited shipping cost for international customers starts at $30 depending on the destination.
Please be aware that any shipment outside of the U.S. may acquire import, customs, or tax fees. With that being said, the payment of these fees is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Also note that any lost or damaged packages that has been shipped to a 3rd party shipping company for international shipments will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

We do not offer exchanges, cancellations or returns. If there is a special case where you receive the wrong item, damaged item or we no longer have the item you ordered in stock, we will offer you an exchange.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
